It was mentioned on the forum that we don't have js-post-build yet in Rewatch.

I'd like to pitch a breaking change here where we pass ${file} as an absolute path instead of a relative one.

In this monorepo world this makes more sense to be as your script would not need to take into account from where it is invoked (monorepo root or individual package).
