Grouping Lights into Room

Can anyone tell me how I can group lights into a room? I can set up individual lights without an issue, but I wanted to be able to create a room (as a popup) and then see the individual lights in the room. I have not been able to sort this out so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks this gives me a good base. I originally had a Text List box and was launching the pop-up from there without good success. I have implemented the code you provided and will now modify it to list the lights in the room and to create 1 pop-up entry for each light. Thanks again.
