Add tutorials entrypoint on api landing page

Add a button for tutorials page - currently there are [Swagger Docs] and [API Docs] buttons.

I would propose replacing the Swagger button with a tutorials button.

Any issue with that @ethanroday @thomas-maschler ?

Hi, this is more of an internal consideration than seeking help on the implementation. Thanks for the interest though.

@loganbyers I'm totally fine with replacing the button. Those Swagger docs are out of date and rarely used anyway. If someone complains, we can add a link to them in the front matter of the main documentation.
