Mortality of former smokers higher than current and never smokers #48

@shahzadg and I think maybe average PYs is significantly higher in former smokers. To test for this, let's compare average packyears at the time of death for former and current smokers.

@shahzadg check this out. Seems current smokers still have higher PYs at the time of death, compared with former smokers. Not clear why former smokers ppl have higher mortality.
