There are a few references to NodeJS 18, which is now unmaintained (5/2025)

In particular, the create-app template:

examples/typescript/templates/node/Dockerfile

FROM node:18-alpine

NodeJS 22 is the Active LTS release now until 11/2025

Thanks for opening this one. Let me first figure out how to upgrade the sdk to node 22, and then we proceed on the examples.
