Is restify.plugins.bodyParser's maxBodySize setting actually doing anything?

Restify Version:
11.1.0

Node.js Version:
v20.11.0

Expected behaviour

It should pass bodies more than 2MB once maxBodySize is set to 15728640

Actual behaviour

It is not passing 12MB body or stringified data throwing error 413, regardless of Content-Type is "application/json" or "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" or "multipart/form-data"
