Dev notes:

  • It would seem that calling the IPC tssession::GetTemperature hangs and/or makes the console never wake from sleep

Here's a build from commit 3ba7cbc which allows using sys-clk on 19.0.0 but disables reading the temperatures of PCB and SOC sensors:
