url.el in Emacs 24.5 sets Accept-Encoding: gzip automatically #52

And the buffer where url.el stores response doesn't look to be compressed. Maybe url.el learned how to uncompress it automatically and for Emacs 24.5 we don't need that awful gzip hack.

Starting from Emacs 24.4 after this commit Emacs ungzips content automatically. That means and that means we don't need that terrible gzip hack for Emacs 24.4+. I think I'm gonna drop support for Emacs versions below 24.4 and remove the hack.
