Upcoming v2

Hello everyone! As an FYI, we will be cutting a v2 of stencil here in the near future.

Now, you might ask "Why!? We're at v0 right now!". Well, since the original repo now points to this as the successor, we're able to do things like claim the stencil package in Homebrew. However, with our version being less than the original, this presents problems.

So, long story short, we're going to v2 and consider this the stabilization of the current stencil API, meaning we will be doing breaking changes going forward only in major versions.

Have any disagreements or opinions for/against this? Please share them! Otherwise, this will likely happen in about ~2 weeks.
