Add metrics

Add metrics analysis service to capture details about how each service is processing each message. This would likely involve a new stream (e.g., metrics-for-requests?) to which all the services would write, and this stream would simply aggregate all of the information for a given request ID and output summary/aggregate metrics to another new stream (e.g., metrics-per-requests?)
