I want to have the optimal working environment
so I can code smoothly.

Setup will be complemented in this step.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Install react-router (client level)
  • Install @emotion (client level)
  • Install prop-types (client level)
  • Install react-query (client level)
  • Install dotenv (top-level)
  • Install node-fetch (top-level)
