Move battery service in ecowitt accessory to the constructor

Introduce way to hide battery service on the accessories - https://developers.homebridge.io/HAP-NodeJS/classes/Service.html#setHiddenService.
Introduce way to override name of battery service on the accessory, similar to the way the name override currently works
