Automatic versioning across repo

Added in a template system to automatically swap version numbers across the repo to keep everything in sync. Automatically creates hashes (except for homebrew) as well.

Fixing upgrade bug

Ubuntu's Software Updater runs w/o access to a user's name. This makes it difficult to modify cronjobs, so we're skipping this now.

Fixing bugs

Adding in additional post install and pre remove scripts for cron jobs
Adding in error checking if the key is invalid
