Meson breaks build on Arch

Trying to install this on Arch through AUR gives:
../gputop/meson.build:15:0: ERROR: Automatic wrap-based subproject downloading is disabled
Maybe because of this issue:
harfbuzz/harfbuzz#2551

A PKGBUILD that fixes this is available → here. It enables download of subprojects by meson setup. However, I then run into a linking issue, see → here.

Anyway, I request closing this issue, since it is a packaging issue, not an upstream issue, and discuss packaging at the ↗ package's place.

It's unfortunate that all three of the above links are 404, since I was having this issue on a different pkgbuild in the AUR and hoped to find the answer.

ix.io got defunct meanwhile, and the AUR package gputop-git got deleted meanwhile, I suppose because it is not working and the maintainer did not care.

Anyway, regarding Arch Linux: A gputop is included in igt-gpu-tools.
