Never received my RETH withdrawal #319

Hello, I initiated a withdrawal from the RETH Theta Vault for Covered Calls around 13 days ago, but I have yet to receive anything.

I have attached a print of the transaction. I am not an expert in this area, but down by the section about ERC-20 tokens, it says that I received the tokens to my wallet but there is also a transaction saying that I sent it back to the contract address???

Can someone please help me, I am desperate for the money and no one else is helping me out.
