Good news: works on 5v #17

Fun fact: unlike the other SDS011 library (SdsDustSensor.h), this library allows me to poll the sensor from a 5V Arduino nano.

I read the pins on the SDS011 were 5v tolerant, but only with this library does it actually work. Even the Sleep and wake commands work fine.
