[Vue warn]: Error in nextTick: "TypeError: implementation is not a function" #554

When encapsulating the component twice and providing it as an npm package for other projects to use, the browser will report the following error:

[Vue warn]: Error in nextTick: "TypeError: implementation is not a function"

vue.esm.js:1897 TypeError: implementation is not a function
