UI/UX problem: Popup for permission to use custom URL will only show when opening the download queue

As some of the songs in some of my playlists have disappeared from BeatSaver, I've started adding a customArchiveURL to each song in my playlists that point to mirrors of the songs on a server I host.

The problem with this is that when you click the Sync button:

• It will not begin downloading the songs until you allow the use of a mirror link.
  • The permission popup to use a mirror will not show up at all until you click on the download queue button.
    • People I share my playlist with will not know that PlaylistManager is waiting for them to grant permission which is hidden behind another button. (not good!)
