Hi @dennight, this extension is actually not being maintained anymore.

May I suggest you switch over to my current implementation, which I've not long released.
It should relieve the CPU load. Plus it's using a more recent version of Sass with some extra features as well.

After uninstalling Ritwick's extension. You can find it at glenn2223.live-sass in the marketplace

What type of difference between your and Ritwick extension?
I have the same problem but my extension work perfectly.

It could be one of many things:

• An unoptimised extension
• Outdated packages
• Large projects and slow glob performance (#27)
• etc. etc.
