Current behavior

Requires vscode to be opened and interact with UI

Expected behavior

Implement a cli to be able to launch live-server vscode extention through cli/cmd

Environment

Browser:

- [x] Chrome (desktop) version XX
- [x] Firefox version XX
- [x] Safari (desktop) version XX
- [x] IE version XX
- [x] Edge version XX

For Tooling issues:

- Live Server: <!-- Check which version is installed --> 
- Platform:  <!-- Mac, Linux, Windows -->
- Visual Studio Code: <!-- `code --version` -->

does it exist a CLI version of that extension as (maybe) an NPM Package ???

Yeah! I was looking for some embedded feature inside the vscode cli cmd, as if you were running live-server from the UI, but instead, run it headless
