The Cutter interface should fit cleanly within the Window size, and the cursor should be accurately lined up with the buttons.
Actual behavior
At the top there is a black gap of around 30 pixels (see screenshots). Cutter also overhangs off the bottom of the screen.
This misalignment also causes the cursor to be out of line. I have to click above a button in order to actually click it (see screenshots).
Steps to reproduce the behavior
Run Cutter on Windows 10 with 'Display Scaling' set to a high value.
I personally use 300% scaling as I have poor vision.
I expect that some applications will not work as intended with such large scaling, but most stuff is usable.
It would be good to have a more systematic approach to this instead of bunch of user reports about it not working in certain configurations. I'll try to write some notes so that we can understand where we are and how much is missing.
