Wrong color with font

Hello,
when using the font "Fixedsys Excelsior 3.01", the font color black is displayed as green (compare the attached screenshot and the font file in the ZIP file).

Notepad3 is using the modern "DirectWrite (Direct2D)" rendering technology .

To learn more about the choice of this "DirectWrite (Direct2D)" rendering technology,

The the font "Fixedsys Excelsior 3.01" is a "Fixed System/Console font".
The display of this fixed font is optimized only with "GDI" rendering technology and with the font size 12". 🤔

In Notepad3, to switch from "DirectWrite (Direct2D) to"GDI" rendering technology, follow the following path:"

• "Settings" --> "Technology" --> "Rendering" --> "Default GDI (no ligatures)".

Nice and good readable fonts are:

• Consolas (default)
• Source Code Pro (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Source+Code+Pro)
• Cascadia Code (https://github.com/microsoft/cascadia-code)

I think there are hundreds of nice good readable coding fonts out there ... ;-)

My opinion is that the default monospaced font of Notepad3 which is "Consolas" font, size "11" is a good choice. 🤔

Thanks for your support. Consolas is indeed a good alternative, but I find the fonts "Inconsolata" and "Cousin" a little better.
