Skychart with error at startup after apt-get update #227

With fresh install of astroberry-server_2.0.4, and after apt-get upgrade

skyshart is at 4.3-4700
libastro is at 1.4.2-54
starting Skychart aborts with the error "Could not load library libpaswcs.so.1
Please try to reinstall the program."

The fresh install of astroberry-server_2.0.4 does not give that issue.

the Skychart version 4.3 beta-4384
- libastro is at 1.4.1-51

Fixed by running: sudo ldconfig
No idea why it was necessary in this case.
