Hi - Is the ultimate rotamer library available for download somewhere?

Our reference datasets are generally available here: https://github.com/rlabduke/reference_data/tree/master/Top8000

I'm not sure what form you're looking for. I suspect the most useful would be Top8000_rotamer_central_values, which lists each rotamer, with the mean and esd values for each chi dihedral.

Alternatively, you could dig into the very detailed data in Top8000_filtered_residues_rotarama, which lists every residue that passed our quality filters, and build a library from there.
