Currently if both teams have the same number of wools on the monument after 100 minutes, if one team has touched more wools, then I believe AR will award victory to that team.

Instead, it should be based on which team capped the wools on the monument first, as stated in the ruleset. Therefore the ability of touches to break ties should be removed.

Hey, sorry to chase you up on this, but given the reduced timelimit used for the current tournament, it's really important that this gets changed as soon as possible.
