Write D2L for LUIF grammar from manual.md and test it with luajit-based lua binding from https://github.com/rns/libmarpa-bindings/tree/master/lua for bootstrapping/self-generation. JSON can be tried first.

As the said luajit-based lua binding is Libmarpa-level, the code can be moved from it to the forthcoming Kollos binding with relative ease.
