The initial discussion was about marking lexemes via action = lexeme and then setting lexeme = true in KIR via D2L. Lexeme as an action because the value of the lexeme rule will be the input span matched by the rule.

There is also a discussion about lexeme adverb -- we need to choose one now or after prototyping.
