It is useful to have both pipeline id and directory-id when loading BIDSish results in get_results.

We should understand what is the best solution:

  • change the id keyword for pipeline or directory during results writing
  • change the id keyword for pipeline or directory during results loading

For now is less painful the second I suppose.
