Disable Robocop by default

The settings applied don't go hand in hand with the formatter and in general it seems that there are many customizations needed for it to work properly on most codebases.

Given that, the idea is disabling Robocop by default (maybe it can be re-enabled later on if there's any sort of consensus in the community) -- as a note, everything will keep on working and the integration will still work, the only thing is that it'll be opt-in instead of opt-out.
