Where to put messages

Hi,

where should we put the messages, in which repo? Since we will need it in various software stacks (our planner, our robotAgent, rcll-simulator, carologistics code, and so on). Should we move the messages in its own repo? Or keep them here and use this repo as submodule?

since there are also some dependencies to the other refbox messages (Team, Pose, Time). I would propose we either move them to the refbox, or we move all of them in their own repo.

I think this can be closed now that we merged the pull request #9 into the master
