Allow for applications to be executed in a forked environment (subprocess).

Though subprocess execution will has a few limitations compared to the container approach :

Dependencies will not be installed. At least for the first milestone. This can later be extended to execute apps in virtual environments, and finally support dependency installations (in the virtual environment)
Stats may not work properly
Logs may not work properly
Events may not work properly
