on linux mint libfcl-dev is available but FCL not found

it seems the makefile cannot find FCL even if is isntalled with libfcl-dev, I know it is not necessary to compile, but just wanting to report. (the 0.7 version)

The CMake module in version 0.7 looks for the include file fcl/distance.h, which is no longer present in current fcl versions. The updated version on the master branch should fix this, but I only tested that on Ubuntu and Fedora. Could you please check if this also works on Linux Mint?
