GazeboYarpControlBoardDriver getPidReference seems to not work properly for torque PID #555

In robotology/robometry#137 @isorrentino experienced problems in reading the torque pid references running the telemetryDeviceDumper, getPidReference seems to return false.

We didn't experience this kind of problem on the real iCub, just in simulation.
