HW fault error without description #64

Today an hardware fault occurred but it is without description.
The error is:

765133      16784.527015        ERROR        from BOARD 10.0.1.1 (EB1), src LOCAL, adr 0, time 2032s 502m 544u: (code 0x0200000e, par16 0x0003 par64 0x0000000000000000) -> MC: generic motor error (see 64 bit mask parameter). + .
