Make it possible to disable auto-showing of RoboVM console when it changes

Kind a like you can do with the stdout/stderr console (see screenshot below).

+1. I don't have a license and hence on every save/build, the console pops up with a message that the interface builder integrator cannot be started. I uninstalled the plugin because of the current behavior, it's disrupting the workflow too much.
