• create IterableSubjectChangerSamples in api-fluent
• add asListFeature and asList (see first two methods in ArraySubjectTransformationSamples in api-fluent)
• add @sample tag to the functions in iterableSubjectChangers.kt
• create IterableSubjectChangerSamples in api-infix
