[BUG] Adding stored officials, add button is unclickable

Describe the bug
I'm adding officials to the IGRF. I have them all stored from the previous game. I'm now selecting the role and the official, but after adding one the Add button is grey/unclickable for the next one, until I refresh the page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Prepare a game
2. Go to IGRF
3. Add stored official
4. Select next role + stored official, Add button stays grey

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to click them one by one :)

The button becomes clickable when you add one character in the Name field.
