Explain what you would like to see improved and how.

Following request from https://root-forum.cern.ch/t/changing-basket-size-in-rdataframe-snapshot/62628

We need a new option in https://github.com/root-project/root/blob/master/tree/dataframe/inc/ROOT/RSnapshotOptions.hxx , then it should be honored in

root/tree/dataframe/inc/ROOT/RDF/ActionHelpers.hxx
