Maybe you want to use a separate favicon for the three feeds. E.g. a favicon in a different color or with the words es or fr added

@mfenner I can add some metadata in the content HTML in the feed, but why not agree on JSON fields instead? Can one add fields to the JSON feed while keeping it standard? 🤔
