[help] tar_load_everything fails to load objects

Description

I tried to use tar_load_everything to load everything that targets has been built for me, but it gave me an error

> tar_load_everything(store = "targets_output/step3")
Error: IOError: Failed to open local file '/OneDrive/.../s3_note_order_comments'. Detail: [Windows 
error 2] The system cannot find the file specified.

This is expected in the sense that there is an error in my code, so tar_make cannot build s3_note_order_comments for me. However, it is also strange as my code has failed thousands of times but this is the first time that I have seen this kind of issue. Is it expected? Shouldn't tar_load_everything ignore all files that have not been built successfully? It looks like there is no way to remove the error without calling tar_make to build my targets. I tried tar_prune but no luck here.

Never mind, I found that there is an strict argument to ignore the error.
