Plant growth form data for > 49,000 on data dryad here: http://datadryad.org/resource/doi:10.5061/dryad.63q27.

It's the largest plant trait dataset in the world (at least in terms of numbers of species) might be work including, and should be very straightforward to incorporate.

The long term solution I want is to put up a CKAN instance to hold datasets like these so that they can not only be served, but be searched, etc., but having a hard time with CKAN server installation.

For now we can just fetch the data for folks.
