(I'm 99% certain these are the same database)

@jmorim has already written some code for this database #162 and is checking if the database owner is OK with web scraping.

  1. Feasibility. No API, but apparently scraping is possible.

  2. Scope. Physical, organoleptic (e.g. flavor), and safety properties of chemicals used in the food and perfume industry.

  3. Overlap. Some overlap with fn_percept(), but Perflavory database is much larger and more comprehensive.
