Describe the bug
Thank you very much to the team for their tireless development of LiDAR, but now I have encountered a thorny problem. After re powering on the LiDAR, there was no internal voltage, which caused the radar system to not work. I need to reset the hardware to continue working. Is this phenomenon normal?

Obviously, the radar in this state is not normal, but the radar is already powered on and the IP of the radar can be pinged. Prove that there are no issues with the radar port.
When I go to the radar system interface and click Reset System, the radar will work normally. May I ask how to handle this situation? Is there a problem with upgrading the radar driver or the radar hardware?
Looking forward to your reply.
