The arrows from all the base placement methods are pointing towards Y-direction. Transform them, so they point to Z-direction.
From the scoring methods, the base locations are taken from the high scoring spheres. All the poses from high scoring spheres are collected in a container. From that first numofFinalBase(user argument) poses are considered as final output. So the outputs mostly comes from the same sphere. So it looks like a poses clustered from the same origin. Create a random function which will take poses randomly from the containers.
