rqt_reconfigure does not show param description as tooltip #123

dynamic/reconfugre gui shows as tooltip for each parameter.
In groovy on Ubuntu Precise this does not show in rqt_reconfigure.

Please checkout the latest code from the repo and give it a try and provide feedback if the problem is solved for you, too.
