Enforce GLSL 1.4 on Mesa systems #1559

Fixes #1508. There seems to be an issue with GLSL 1.5 material scripts on Mesa-based systems.

Also consider QEvent::Show in SplitterHandle's event filter.
Newer versions of libMesa cause issues when rendering materials with glsl150 scripts.
Thus, downgrade to glsl120 scripts.
