Your main repo for color manager here doesn’t have an issue section. It would be helpful to reach you.

Hence, I could ask you there if there is a way for extensions like yours to add an option to set default width for the palette webview.

Plus, you can now add settings synchronization to your extension. See: microsoft/vscode#113774 (comment)
