Using Relative Time with String #96

I don't know if this is posibble, but im using the card to log doorbell camera faces and button presses.

Is there a way to use both relative time and a string ie:

date_format: H:MM A - Relative

to read:
12:00 AM - 3 Hours ago

else: use the relative time where 'duration' is displayed on the right?
