Recently there were quite a few reports about missing options which are in fact present but are not global any more such as:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2323603 or https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2322940

It would be nice if we could suggest the correct option placement.
