- 6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz. mild cheddar cheese
- 1 - 7 oz. can diced green chilies
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Spray bottom of casserole pan. Spread 2/3 of cheese on bottom of casserole pan. Spread chilies. To milk whisk eggs, salt, pepper, then flour. Pour over top of chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 min.
